Tammy Landis has worked alongside her peers in the legal field for over 13 years, and still maintains that relationship to this day. She was mentored and trained by one of the top law firms and skilled attorneys in the valley, which with her legal background, education, and personal experience makes her one of the most dedicated legal document preparers in the valley. Tammy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology in 2003 and her master’s degree of Business Administration in 2012. Her personal experience with divorce, custody and child support brought her to understand that a career in this field is what she needed to focus on, so other families could complete the process as painlessly and seamlessly as possible. Her understanding of how compiling attorney fees can accumulate when it comes to these sensitive issues drives her dedication and priority to keep low cost fees for all her services. With that said, the fact that legal issues could be continuous beyond years, her service is primarily focused on family law. However, she is skilled and knowledgeable in all other legal areas as well. Tammy is certified through the Arizona Supreme Court as a legal document preparer AZLDP# 81978, as well as a Remote Notary, Electronic Notary, and mobile notary, also certified through the Arizona Supreme Court. Lastly and certainly not least, with the impact of COVID-19 everything has changed, so her ability to offer all her services virtually to accommodate her clients is now becoming the norm in most professional services. There is no reason that a client cannot be in the comfort of their own homes while completing their interviews and communicating via email for rapid convenience and confidentiality to start any legal process, which is what stands her out from most legal document preparers. Preparation

Simply put, preparing of documents is that Landis Legal Service puts together in legal format in conjunction and in accordance with Arizona Code of Judicial Administration §7-208 all statements and requests from clients with the intention that court intervenes and rules in any legal action.

Processing

With any legal procedure there is a process of sensitive timelines and etiquette that must be followed when requesting the court to rule on any action. Landis Legal Service does this for their client as part of their initial package, however there are stipulations and alternatives to what will occur during the processing step, so other documents that need concurrent preparation to satisfy the court, will not be included in the initial processing fee, other fees may be incurred. This is standard in any legal firm; however, nothing will be done until the client completely understands their options and additional fees and as to why this occurred and what can be done to resolve the issue. 

Filing

To complete any legal procedure, all important documents must be filed in a timely manner and in accordance with court. However, for most cases our client will never have to worry about this because Landis Legal Service tracks all important dates and filings as well as physically taking all documents to the courts to be filed without the client ever needing to step into court to complete this task.
