Notary Service

In order to effectively execute impactful documents for the public, notaries are officers of the state who act impartially. By doing so, notaries deter fraud and establish that the signer understands what they are signing and is doing so willingly.

Remote Notary

An AZ commissioned remote notary must be physically located within the state of Arizona to legally complete a remote notarization. The signer can be located anywhere in the world as long as they have the right technology, pass the ID Verification process, and pass the credential analysis.

Electronic Notary

An eNotarization uses digital signatures, but still requires the signer to physically appear before the Notary.

Signing paper documents involves printing, signing, scanning and possibly shipping. It's cumbersome and time-consuming. Get documents signed up to 20 times faster and increase efficiency by 90% with DocVerify.
