This is important because all divorces inherently are treated different because they are, a divorce can take many different routes which could be tormenting, frustrating and expensive to say least. Simply put, divorce pathways end results are fighting battle until trial which the judge will determine ruling based on all relative evidence, by default meaning the other party fails to respond and Petitioner gets what is requested most of the time, or by agreement; agreement is the ideal path, it is the fastest and least expensive in the long run. As part of all our packages, we will prepare, process and file all initial documents, we will make sure to aid in how the other party is served. If the other party has to be served by an officer of the court, we will arrange that, but not included in the package price. Our service keeps track of all important deadlines and upcoming dates required by the court. Literally, we handle everything. If the other party responds or disagrees, for additional costs we prepare and process all other documents leading up to trial or agreement, whichever comes first. Also, because we handle all counties there will be filing fees associate to each case regardless of family, civil, criminal or juvenile; for each county that price will differ, however there are deferrals and waivers available if you qualify and we prepare those documents at no extra cost to you. Although, we are unable to give legal advice we can guide you through the process.
